Q: I just made an order but it is showing Pending and i have no email with phone number.
Answer: Not all orders are processed automatically, depending upon your paypal / credit card profile, We process all orders manually within 24 hours.
Q: i dont have a credit card, so i cannot pay as payment page asking me for credit card or bank account.
Answer: Our website requires only a paypal account or you can create one during the order process, to add a payment after the order, click on Login--->start and click on add a payment or send funds using paypal.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: My Number is out of service due to non payment.
Answer: Add payment or setup auto payment after logging to My Account.
Q: What do i do after making the order?
You should wait for email (maximum 24 hours) Support team will process your account and send you login info for your mobile/webphone app, you can also send us email with your required function of phone line and we can setup it for you.
Q: How do i make changes or add user/staff to phone system.
You can login to My Account--->Configure and do the self configuration after your order is processed.
Q: i like to have features like Mobile App, Web-browser-Phone Calling, Click to Talk, SMS on App, Sms Outbound.
Answer: SMS inbound is free, All sms are sent to your email, for outbound sms you would need a dedicated account with prepayment for SMS contact sales to set it up for you.
