The Online Office Phone system plan, comes with a virtual number like this for example 1-647-2585437 when your customer calls your number it goes to a welcome greeting, like " welcome to abc company, press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts , 3 for support etc etc (you can customize the recording) after getting the input, the system will forward the call to you (on your PC (xlite or skype or desktop phone or wifi wireless ip phone or your mobile or home phone.), while the caller is on hold (hold music or company recorded announcement).

For large companies with many sales or technical staff, the callers can be placed in a queue, while the next agent is available to take the call.

The system sends the voice mail as a wav file which can be playback in blackberry or other mobiles/laptop.

You can also buy a Desktop Phone and or (wireless phone) or use it on your mobile like iphone or blackberry, you can also use your skype to make or receive calls.

To Start the demo follow the 6 Steps below. .

 IMPORTANT: To reduce the echo, adjust your mic, speaker or use a headset or preferably an ip-phone.

Step 1, Download xlite online phone from here

Step 2, Configure the phone with the below settings

Step 3,  Put the user-name 102 and password  password123 and domain 69.164.199.132 (follow the screen below) and if you have more that 1 computer then the second user-name is 101 and password 'password123' domain 69.164.199.132

Step 4, Make a call from your cell phone or home phone to 1-647-2585437 or dial  and press 1 for sales, and your xlite will ring, you can also dial extension 101 or 102, or a direct number to extension 101, 1-416-8009239, and it bypass all the ivr,  if you don't answer it will go to voice-mail, (voice-mail pass 123321) (see above screen for voice-mail configuration).

Step 5, To test outbound call, simply dial 14169671111 or dial your partner extension 101 (NOTE : ALL Other Numbers are Blocked except 14169671111)

Last Step 6, You can also login to user website here to edit the follow-me settings, see the call logs and hear to recorded calls etc (user-name= 101 or 102 , password= 123321.

Important Things to Note:

We suggest to exit xlite and uninstall it after the demo, so that the demo system can be available for other website guests also remove any follow me settings.

Troubleshooting:

if you have configured the xlite soft-phone, it should say ready on its screen, Operator Panel will show your xlite online status, if not then check your user and password and register to domain settings, turn off your personal windows firewall if any.

Make sure to uninstall it after the demo.
